The Requalification and Expansion Project of the facilities in Luanda included:

• Redistribution of functional spaces, in order to respond in a correct and balanced way to the Customer's needs;
• Reformulation of the Architectural Project, in order to requalify and reinforce the architectural expression of the facades.

The project includes intervention in blocks A, B, C, D and surrounding area, integrated into the industrial complex.

• Block A – New Manufacturing Pavilion;
• Block B – Remodeling of the General Warehouse;
• Block C – New Administrative Building, consisting of 4 floors; and
• Block D – New Building for the Generator Group.

Structurally, the buildings are composed of steel frames with a variable span between 7.00 m and 26.50 m, where purlins are fixed to support the facade and roof coverings. In the administrative building, on the superstructure, at the level of the raised floors, mixed slabs with thicknesses from 0.15 to 0.20 m are supported, serving as a floor. The foundations are direct, consisting of insulated reinforced concrete footings.
