Design of the new Offices and Call Center Buildings, the new Data Center Building and Ancillary Buildings, of MOVICEL Telecommunications Company, at Talatona, Luanda.
Office Building and Call Center:
- Floor 0 (Ground floor) - Semi-buried level and destined to Reception, Customer Service and Access Control to the building, also including the Call Center and Office areas;
- Floors 1, 2 and 3 - These spaces differ little in their essence, with floor 1 having the particularity of allowing direct access to the terrace created on the roof slab of floor 0;
- Floor 4 (Terrace) - the remaining Spaces and Technical Equipment, that give the work zones the necessary conditions of air conditioning, air treatment, telecommunications, etc., are installed in this floor.
Data Center Building:
- The present complex has two entrance control points: the first level of access control is made at the Gatehouse Entrance; the second level of access control takes place at the access gate to the Building's influence area, in the continuity of its North facade.
Ancillary Buildings:
- Gatehouse Entrance - This small building houses a Control and Surveillance Station, and a support room with Sanitary Installations;
- Sectioning station - Small technical building for the electricity infrastructures;
- Building of Water Supply and Sewage - Technical building for the hydraulic infrastructures, not only for treatment, storage and distribution of drinking water, but also for treatment of waste water;
- Technical Building for Generator, Transformer Substation and LVDB (Low Voltage Distribution Boards)
