Quinta das Bicas Development

On 17 October 2024, construction began on Quinta das Bicas' housing development in Coimbra, marking the start of the building process.

The preliminary study at the tender stage and the detailed design for this project, which represents a significant step forward in meeting the region's housing needs, were drawn up by TPF Consultores. The project is part of the programme to promote affordable housing, which aims to improve the supply of housing in the city, contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable urban environment.

With an investment of approximately 50 million euros, this development is an example of the partnership between local administration and private entities, committed to the development of the territory, and contributes to welcoming new generations with innovative housing solutions adapted to contemporary requirements.

The intervention includes the construction of 268 homes and supporting infrastructures, with public spaces that will promote quality of life for residents, with a focus on sustainability and urban mobility.
